- Compensate the lessee for damages in case the carrier loses or damages property, unless otherwise agreed or otherwise provided by law.

- Check the authenticity of the property, the bill of lading or other equivalent shipping document.
- Refuse to transport property that is not the type of property agreed upon in the contract.
- Require the lessee to pay the full shipping fee on time.

- In case of force majeure resulting in loss, damage or destruction of transported property during transportation, the carrier shall not be liable for compensation for damages, unless otherwise agreed or otherwise provided by law.

Refund period
For products you have purchased at the official Lust store, you can exchange or return the product within 3 days from the date you receive it.

Refund policy
Lust will refund the amount of the goods (after deducting shipping fee) to the account and order code you provide within 24 working hours (excluding Saturday & Sunday) after the refund request is confirmed by Customer Service. Note:
- Lust supports returns up to 3 times per customer.
- Lust reserves the right to stop supporting returns and refunds to customers if it discovers that customers are using the policy to take advantage of the situation (such as exchanging too many times).

🚩 In the event that TikTok deletes your video, you agree, within reason, to remake and repost the video in accordance with TikTok's community guidelines.

Please read the terms carefully to ensure transparency, clarity and mutual agreement. By deciding to work together, you agree to the following terms:

- You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of posting.
- You are currently a legal resident of Vietnam.
- You agree to create and post the specified amount of content within an agreed upon period of time upon receipt of the product, other specific requirements will be discussed directly and applied when mutually agreed upon.
